Wayside
A
Research School of Education
Wayside
would like to encourage Christian teachers to contribute to an on going
discussion on what it means to be a Christian and a teacher.
Does
the fact that you are a Christian make any difference to your teaching? Should
it make a difference? If so what do you think is that difference?
Your
views, your experience could be a great help to others thinking about this
issue.
We
would like you to submit your ideas either via the Wayside Forum or by
email to info@sentafrica.org
WAYSIDE - A Model School
Wayside
(Zambia) would like to see a Christian school develop from their discovery of
what it means to be a Christian in Education.
They
would like to develop a Christian perspective on education that would underpin
the curriculum and provide a standard upon which to build their handbook and
code of practice.
They
need committed teachers to be willing to commit their talents to this
enterprise and, in the first instance, contribute to the on-going prayer for
such a school to be established.
Volunteer Opportunities:
If
you want to be involved in any of the projects please contact us by email.
